We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee, and repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in termination of service.
If you need to cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled time, please contact us directly. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit and any payments already made. As we travel throughout Illinois and carefully plan our days based on client bookings and phone requests, no-shows will not be refunded.
If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time. However, rescheduling within 12 hours of your original appointment may be subject to availability and fees.
For the safety of our staff, all dogs must be secured in a separate area or kept outside during our visit. While we understand that dogs are protective of their homes and owners, it is essential to minimize any potential risks. Additionally, some dogs may not be vaccinated, which could lead to the spread of illnesses such as mange or bacterial infections.
To prevent any harm to our staff and to ensure the safety of everyone involved, please make sure your dog is properly secured. If a dog is not properly contained and a staff member is bitten, we will discontinue our services immediately. In such an event, you may be held liable for medical expenses and any associated recovery time.

If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment may be canceled, and you may be subject to the same conditions as a no-show.
In the event of severe weather conditions, we may need to reschedule your appointment for the safety of our staff or yours. We will notify you as soon as possible if weather conditions affect your scheduled service.
We understand that emergencies can arise. If an emergency prevents you from keeping your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you under such circumstances, but repeated last-minute cancellations may still result in termination of service. If we have an emergency, we will either reschedule with you or give you a refund if we cannot reschedule your appointment.
